Linda made her first patchwork quilt in 2004. Since then she has gone on to explore many different styles and techniques of working with fabrics and stitch, learning both hand and machine embroidery.

Linda gained the City & Guilds Creative Embroidery and Design qualification Part 1 and continues to study C&G Textiles & Design modules at Dundee College.

Linda is also a member of the 'Sew Piece~ful' group who meet weekly in Perth; the 'PR QuiltArt' group who spend a day together once every six weeks exploring new ideas and techniques; and the Scottish Handcraft Circle (SHA), Kinross branch.
